A friendship

     Friendship is an emotion of care, mutual trust, and fondness among two persons. A friend might be a work-mate, buddy, fellow student or any individual with whom we feel an attachment.      In friendship, people have a mutual exchange of sentiments and faith too. Usually, the friendship nurtures more amongst those people who belong to a similar age as they possess the same passions, interests, sentiments, and opinions. During the school days, kids who belong to the similar age group have a common dream about their future and this makes them all of them get closer in friendship.      In the same way, employees working in business organizations also make friends as they are working together for attaining the organizational objectives. It does not matter that to which age group you belong, friendship can happen at any time of your life.     

An education

     Education is an essential tool that imparts knowledge to improve one’s life. The process of Education comprises various steps depending upon the quality of Education. Education is a key process that plays a significant role in molding the ethics and culture of the society.      Education forms a distinct line of separation between man and other creatures, making man the smartest animal on Earth. It empowers and readies us to face the challenges of life more efficiently. Additionally, Education improves one’s skills, abilities, knowledge, attitude, and personality. Noteworthy, Education narrows down the options of employment, providing an excellent job platform to a highly educated person. Thus, all governments must promote and ensure the spread of Education.

Ways to handle stress

    Stress   is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand. Its symptoms may be mental, physical or social and include headaches, frustration, loss or increase of appetite, oversleeping or sleeplessness.      Everybody experiences stress at some point of life, stress can be work or job related, family related or can be because of your studies, poor health, financial problems etc. At times the death of a close person also causes stress. Some people handle stress effectively while some people fail to take appropriate steps to distress their life.     First, being positive. Being positive is the most effective way of handling stress. Have a positive outwork towards and belief in life. Always believe that you are living in a friendly universe and whatever is happening in your life is happening for your own good. Healthy lifestyle

       Having a healthy lifestyle is all about choosing to live your life in the most healthy way possible. There are a few things you have to do to start living your life in this way, i.e., the healthy way. This means doing some amount of exercise daily, such as jogging, yoga, playing sports, etc. Adding to this, you must also have a balanced and nutritional diet with all the food groups. It would be best if you were taking the right amount of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and fats to help you have a proper diet. Grouped with these two essential aspects (diet and exercise), a healthy person also maintains the same sleep cycle, which should consist of around 7-8 hours of sleep.      However, we must remember that a healthy lifestyle not only refers to our physical and mental health. A Holiday Trip

Last semester holiday, my family and I were planning to go out for a holiday. My father suggested to go to Taiping,Perak. Everyone agreed with his suggestion. My father was reading a travel brochure and saw some interesting places to visit in Taiping. We slept early because we wanted to have enough rest to travel tomorrow. The next day, we woke up in the morning and pack our clothing. My mom prepared breakfast for us. My mom cooked ‘ Nasi Lemak ‘. After eating, my father put all the things into the car booth. We moved early because we don’t want to get stuck in traffic jam. We moved at 8 o’ cl0ck in the morning. We reached Taiping at 10.45 in the morning. Once reached at Taiping, we went to a big shopping mall. 1 o’ clock in the afternoon, we ate Texas Chicken. My father bought tickets for us to go into the Perak Museum. In the evening, we were on the way home. Before going home, we visited the Taiping Lake Garden. Photographs are worth a thousand word and the memories are priceless so
